Sempra is the parent of Southern Cal. Gas. It has no relation to So Cal
Edison.

Is the same Sempra that is SoCal Edison's parent? Should we work this claim
(my understanding is that Sempra claims EWS owes it over $150 million) into
our dealings with SoCal Edison in California?
